Located in the Charente-Maritime countryside, this former winery has been turned into a comfortable space to enjoy time with family and friends. Ideal for those who want to escape their busy lives and unwind in the French countryside, surrounded by vineyards.
About the area
The property is located near Cognac, near the border between the Charente-Maritime and Charente departments.
There are ample opportunities to learn more about the wine, cognac and pineau created in the area. In fact, our closest neighbour is a producer who offers vineyard tours, has a small shop selling their produce and offer some other fun activities.

The outside space is a special part of the property. The large garden and courtyard area offer a choice of seating areas. Other examples of things on offer are a heated swimming pool with entertainment space / covered outdoor dining area, a firepit & a games area with pool table and dart board. There are also plenty of options to help keep children and adults entertained. There are football goals, a badminton net with rackets, a swing set, a basketball game and more.
